Super Visa

A Super Visa is another kind of temporary resident visa program, whose objective is to allow parents and grandparents to visit their Canadian citizen or permanent resident children. At each visit, this program permits up to 2 years of stay in Canada. Besides proving the relationship between invitee and his/her parents or grandparents, an invitation letter and a medical insurance from Canadian insurance company for coverage of at least $100,000, are the fundamental requirements to apply for a Super Visa.
